If you are receiving SMS or Email Reminders and would like to change the settings for these Reminders or simply 'unsubscribe', follow these steps:
1.	Login to the website with your Email Address and Password and use the 'Update my Profile' tab to change your SMS or Email Reminder settings. OR
2.	If you have forgotten your login details, use the Forgotten Password page to request your password. Then, follow Step 1. OR
3.	If for some reason you are unable to request your password and access the 'My Asthma Score' section of the website to update your settings or 'unsubscribe', please click here to lodge your request.
